Most pole fitness classes take place in dance studios filled with bright lights and mirrors. Our space is designed for comfort, relaxation and play. The floor is cushioned and the lights are low. It helps pull us out of presentation (where we spend so much of our time these days) and into the moment. The low lights help us to soften and connect to our bodies and the amazing community in class.
You'll be amazed by what an incredible workout you get while relaxing and having fun.
