Picture yourself standing at Circular Quay. The iconic Sydney Opera House is right there; ferries pass beneath the Harbour Bridge, shuttling Sydney-siders back to coastal suburbs; and the Red Shark Boat sits in the water with a snarl on its hull, its engines purring while it waits for you to step on board for the ride of your life.
You'll jet out of the harbour past Clark and Shark Islands, zooming by million-dollar harbour-side mansions, and roaring past Taronga Zoo. Once you've found some open water, get ready to hold on tight, because this is where the fun begins. Your captain will have your stomach in your mouth before long as they spin, slide, and fish-tail the boat until you're giddy with adrenaline.
