Panoramica
Create your own beautiful—and surprisingly delicious—sushi bento in just one hour, right in the heart of Tsukiji Market.
Make 10 pieces of sushi with exceptional ingredients from trusted Tsukiji Market specialty shops, then arrange them beautifully in your own handcrafted wooden bento box.
Grate real fresh wasabi, use authentic Japanese sushi tools, and discover Japanese food culture through a fun, hands-on experience designed for beginners and families.
Behind the experience are more than 100 years of family connections in Tsukiji Market, giving you access to the quality ingredients, tools, and craftsmanship that make this experience special.
Once your bento is complete, take photos of your beautiful creation before sitting down to enjoy the sushi you made yourself. Simple demonstrations make it easy for children and first-time sushi makers to join in. And because it takes just one hour, it fits easily into a day of exploring Tokyo.
