As part of this class, you will visit a local Indian food shop to learn how to choose the best exotic ingredients and cook 4 typical dishes as part of a group, in our welcoming home kitchen. The recipes will be easy enough to recreate at home with just a few ingredients and the tips you will learn in this class. Vegetarians are welcome, please let us know of any dietary restrictions.
