Enjoy a guided tour of the Fonseca Port Wine Cellars, starting at 18:00.
Learn about the history and production process of Port Wine, from its origins in the sun-kissed vineyards of the Douro Valley and Quinta do Panascal to its aging process in the cellars, as well as Fonseca’s commitment to sustainable winemaking practices.
After the tour, join a tasting session featuring two of Fonseca’s port wines, Bin 27 and Siroco, while enjoying live Fado music, an emblem of Portuguese culture. Children can sip grape juice from the Douro Valley.
You will also discover Fonseca’s first vintage from 1840 and the extraordinary declared vintages of recent decades.
