Overview
During this workshop designed for children and adults, experienced chocolatiers will guide you through the chocolate-making process.
You will learn about the short history of cocoa fruit, the types of chocolate, and the seven steps of chocolate consumption.
After the first part of the workshop, you'll create your own chocolate bars with professional molds and machines.
With various tasty toppings and ingredients served on the marble table, you can garnish and design your chocolate the way you like it.
In the final part of the experience, you will make a traditional Aztec chocolate drink using ancient tools and recipes.
